This isn't about hitting a number. It's about becoming who you decided to be — a new identity.
The full story behind three real transformations.
Part coach. Part motivational speaker. Part unlicensed therapist.
Then
Now
No bullying story, no rock bottom moment — I just wanted to see how good I could actually become. That question never really went away.
Seven years and 50+ clients later, I've trained people through fat loss, muscle gain, injury recovery, and everything in between. What I've learned has very little to do with any single method, and everything to do with one thing:
The fitness industry loves absolutes. Count calories forever. Bodybuilding is superior. Running ruins your gains. Hyrox is a fad. Skip the wedding, skip the drinks, stay disciplined. I don't train like that, and I don't believe it.
Running has its place. Lifting has its place. A birthday dinner or a night out with friends has its place too.
The goal was never to suffer more efficiently. What actually works is finding a way of training and eating that you don't need willpower to sustain — because you actually enjoy it. That's the only version of "consistency" that survives more than a few months.
No two programs I write look the same, because no two people I train are the same — different goals, different bodies, different lives outside the gym.
What stays constant is the standard: everything tracked, everything measured, nothing guessed. Not because data matters more than how you feel, but because it's the only way to actually know if what you're doing is working.
No mystery, no sales funnel. Here's the actual sequence.
